Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations when purchasing Teletutor.

1. Teletutor is published by McQuillan & Associates, 7 Church Path Road, Pill, Bristol BS20 0EE (01275) 813966 and is offered in two formats a printed manual and online course.
2. Teletutor (both versions) are available for purchase by businesses or on behalf of businesses. Prior to placing an order customers should satisfy themselves of the suitability of the product by studying information on the website and by viewing the 'free extracts' which show the course format and content.
3. All rights to the information and images included in Teletutor are protected by copyright. No part may be reproduced or distributed in any material form or medium other than for the use of the purchaser. The contents of the Teletutor website must not be stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, to a third party, without the written permission of the copyright holders.
4. Teletutor Online is a screen only version - Course & Management section are print restricted : the Course Test and Answer may be printed.
5. User Names and Passwords used to access the Teletutor web site are exclusive to the purchaser and must not be passed or shared with any other organisation.
6. Neither the publishers nor our agents will be liable for any breach of this Agreement that is caused by a matter beyond our reasonable control.
7. Any personal information we collect in connection with the service we provide will not be shared or passed to any third party. Our online payment provider 'NoChex' holds Credit Card details and is responsible for the security of that data.
8. Refunds : Teletutor Online - Customers who haven't used their password to enter the Teletutor site will receive a full refund providing they write to us at the above address within seven days of placing their order. Teletutor Manual : we are unable to provide refunds for the printed version of Teletutor.
